Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an official Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Ensure the fragrance is in its original cellophane-wrapped box and securely pack it into the shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
